im have pain in my testies and its the left one below it feels like iv been kicked and its like it was greased but i checked and theres a lump and when ever i move it hurts please help

Hi,thanks for query.The symptoms are suggestive some infection.You need a physical examination and treatment.Please do not neglect this and take advise from your doctor.In mean time avoid massing,take analgesic you are comfortable with,avoid wearing tight clothes and activities that can put pressure on the area.bye.
