Hi,thanks for query.You seems to have some upper respiratory tract infection.Take steam inhalation once daily for few days,avoid cold drinks and fried foods.Take more of liquids,hot ones area better.You can analgesic for pain or discomfort that you have.This should be taken care of in a day or two.If not you might have some more infection and need to consult your primary care physician.

Do you have constant runny nose. You could be having pharyngitis or tonsillitis if there is pain on swallowing. Do warm salt water gargling for relief for now. Better to get examined by an ENT Specialist for best advice after examining you and getting required investigations done. Your Haemoglobin is low. You need to eat more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables to improve iron in diet. Get a peripheral blood smear done as well. You can also get stool checked for parasites which can cause anaemia.
