Why Do I Have This Fluttering Sensation In My Head?

I keep getting this fluttering sensation in my head, feels like a butterfly. doesnt last very long but does seem to be happening more often. wouldnt really be able to say it was in one particluar place either, seems to move. Heath wise I,m fine, howver I am taking thyroxine due to haveing thyriod cancer 2 years ago.
