Why Do I Have Pain In The Back Of The Head ?

Doctor, I am a pakingsons patient , i was fall down in stair case about 10 days back and i took treatment for that but frequently geting head pain bacside of head. CT Brain Plain scan says Mucosal thickness is present in bilateral ethmoid air cell with normal bony walls. diagnosis ethmoid sinusitis . please advise the pain because of parkingsons or due to fall down in stair scase

Hello sir. Since you have developed pain at the back of your head after the fall, it is only likely that the finding of mucosal thickening in the ethmoidal sinus is a coincidental one. It is significant only if you had been aving constant headaches before the fall, nasal block, recurrent cold, etc. You can take paracetamol tablets for the pain presently, and assuming that there was no other abnormal finding in the CT scan of brain, I dont think there is anything you need to worry about. The pain is mostly only because of the fall.
