Hi there im male and 22 in the last couple of days ive been haveing slight pains and twinges were my hearts located then straight after a rush of adrenalin round my body and now and again i have a fuzzy feeling in my shoulders pls help what could this be

Such complaints usually related to neuromuscular problems rather than heart problems.
I would advise you to avoid caffeine and sigarets for some time and it will disappear gradually.
