Hello,
It is my pleasure to answer your query.
I had gone through history and understand your concern.
Dull and intermittent pain in right arm and right leg pain may be due to muscular or Neurological causes

It is very difficult for me identify the causes based on the description you provide. But the symptoms may not be neurological.
Neurologic causes of one side of the body pain are not common and usually cause relatively severe constant pain
If your pain is predominantly in your right arm, rather than being in the whole right side of your body, the cause could be a radiculopathy.
It is difficult to provide you with more specific information based on your description.
I Suggest you to undergo evaluation by a doctor. After the examination it can be determined whether or not the cause of your pain is muscular, neurologic, or otherwise.
Then we can decide whether or not you need referral to a neurologist.
Hope your doubts are cleared.
Thank you.
