It`s likely that you are suffering from some gynecological problem. Most commonly fibroids, Hypothyroidism, Infections, anemia can present in such a way. I would suggest you see a gynecologist who will do a Pelvic exam and order a few investigations to come to a definitive diagnosis. Hope that answers the question
