Why Do I Get Nervous Before A Sexual Act?

I m 19 and I have a girlfriend who is much more experienced in sex than me. We had sex for the first time about a month ago and we were both intoxicated and I was on Vicodin and alcohol. I went limb and thought it was because I was intoxicated. For some reason it keeps happening. I am attracted to this girl but get nervous right before we do the act.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Slight nervousness is normal before first sex sometimes. But if it persists than one should go to psychiatrist. It is easily treatable. First talk to your gf about your problem. She can haelp you.vicodin also cause the problem you are having. Increse the time of foreplay. You can also take some drugs like bupropion sr etc if problem persists. Side by side go for couple counselling if possible. It will help you a lot. So dont worry. Hope my suggestions helpful and thankful to you. Take care. Don't forget to give ratings.
