Why Do I Get Dizzy Spells And Fullness In The Ear?
I have had some fullness or pressure in my ear the last few days and when ever I stand up I get dizzy and off balance. I also have a toothache from a bad cavity where the filling old and cracked. I was on meds for an ear infection, sinus infection, and a respiratory infection over 3 weeks ago and I just saw the doctor around the May 04 and she said everything was cleared up but I still keep getting the dizzy spells when standing and the fullness in my ear. What can this be. I don t feel better.

As per your query you have dizziness and fullness in ear , you have recently had ear , sinus and respiratory infection . Well the symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards ear infection particularly internal ear infection . This sometimes occur when infection spread from orla infection or upper respiratory infection or when mild ear infection left untreated . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination and to rule out causes like meniere disease, acoustic neuroma or nerve dysfunction . Doctor may prescribe anti emetic drugs , antibiotics and anti inflammatory . For now take proper rest and dring 2-3 cups of green tea daily .
