I am constantly feeling too warm while everyone around me is cool or cold. I sweat at night too, just clammy mostly. I am 55 and been thru menopause and this isn't hot flashes although I do occasionaly still get those. I have gained some weight the past few years but am not overly heavy. Diabetes in family but my sugar always checks out fine. I sleep well enough as far as I know. What is up? I want to quit feeling sweaty all the time!!
