Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
I carefully read your concern and I am trying to give you some suggestions regarding to your symptoms.
As your hormonal level is stable with levothyroxine it means that you have to try to find out any other cause for your symptoms.
A low hemoglobin or vitamin D deficiency (if you are not exposed at the sun during the day) might be one of the most common problems at your age.
So I would suggest you to check the Vitamin D level and a full blood count.
I am opened for further answers after the above examinations.

Kind regards,
Dr.M.Guni
