Why Do I Feel Dry Mouthed, Tired With Burning Sensation And Lose Bowels Simultaneously?

I am A female 55 yrs Old I have Lose Bowels nearly every Day Starting In the Morning I can eat Next to Nothing & yet have Gained weight not Lost I urinate Frequently ,Even through the Night This Comes in Bouts ??? I am Dry Mouthed ,Very Tired all the Time & Every Couple of Months I get a Terrible Pain With This Problem it lasts for Days Then Goes ?? Its Like A Bearing Down Pain ? ie. such as During Labour or Severe Period Pain ??? Plus Internal Burning Feeling ??? Not in Urine Though Or Bowel ? I

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you are suffering with the colitis, probably amoebic colitis. or it may be mixed anaerobic and aerobic infection.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole,omeprazole, and domperidone.Dicyclomine hydrochloride.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, oily foods, and untimely foods.
