Why Did I Feel Cut Or Rashes On My Tongue And Lower Lip?

This afternoon I noticed I was rubbing my tongue along the inside of my bottom lip quite a bit. It felt weird, either like my lip or tongue had several cuts. I looked in the mirror and noticed what appears to be a rash and several cuts/scrapes along the inside of my bottom lip. I didn't eat anything rough or out of the ordinary today.

Thanks for your query, the cuts or scrapes on the lip could be secondary to physical trauma while brushing or eating resulting in traumatic ulcer or errosions..or it can be due to allergic reaction to some food ingredients..you can use topical anesthetics and analgesics..consult your oral physician for opinion and needful. i hope my answer will help you..take care..
