Why Could There Be Spotting On The Ovulution Day When Having Unprotected Sex?
i have been having unprotected sex with my husband- my last period was 12/2/13 ended 12/6/13. I should be having my ovulation days now (12/16/13) and yesterday i noticed light brown stuff when i wipe, we had unprotected sex again around 2:30 pm today 12/17/13 and i notice when i wipe light pink blood is coming out only when wiping. My period is not post to come til January 8th, 2014. today is December 17, 2013. please help. i have slight cramping and my appetite is weird lately i am hungry but don't feel like eating. please any information before i go make an appointment with the doctor, i don't have insurance.

Slight vaginal bleeding may occur after intercourse. You can consider monitoring to see if it continues.
A pregnancy test detects the level of HCG in the urine or blood (if a blood test is done).
There are some early detection kits that can pick up low levels of the hormone but in general most can pick up the hormone 11 to 14 days after conception.
You can wait to this time to determine if you are pregnant.
