Why Are My Breasts Lactating?

I have been on the combined pill for a year. I have 10 tablets until i brake. Today i started to bleed and for the last 2-3months my breasts have been lactating. I bought a slendertone belt 4 days ago are these connected? What could be wrong? Thankyou
