Why Am I Having Pain And Bleeding While Passing Stool?
Iam suffering pain from anus while passing stools. bleeding also happening oftenly. I have not checked with any doctor asof now. I found some prolonged vains or skin around rectum and some times these are swelling. That time only Iam facing severe pain and bleeding at the time of stools. Can you please suggest me the symptoms what are?
1) Bleeding on surface of stool + pain around anus are indicative of hemorrhoids or anal fissure for them.
2) Anal fissure is linear tear on inner wall of lower third of anal canal due to passage of hard stool or straining.
3) Hemorrhoids is due to sluggish flow of blood in blood vessel at lower part of anal canal due to constipation and straining. Bleeding occur in large hemorrhoid, external typed hemorrhoids.
4) Treatment for fissure is conservative treatment (treatment for constipation).
5) Treatment for hemorrhoids is surgery to avoid risk of bleeding in future.
Hope I solved your query. If you have any further doubt, I would be happy to help you.Have a good day.
Regards, Dr. Happykumar Kagathara
