Why Am I Having Feeling Of Loud Noises In Ears?

in the past week i have had very loud noises in my ears the sound is liek the noise an aircondioner or loud fan makes it seems to come and go but the last few days it has gotten worse i wear hearing aids and even taking them out the noise keeps on

Hi. The noise in the ears (tinnitus)without obvious reason can be due to local infection gone to the internal apparatus of hearing , wherein the hair apparatus responsible for hearing gets automatically enhanced reaction giving rise to what you have. Check for your blood pressure, and examination by an ENT Specialist to rule out local and general causes. You may need further tests as decided by your Doctor on clinical examination
