OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that you may be suffering from the condition called pelvic inflammatory disease. I will suggest you have a course of antibiotics Doxycycline for 10 days and take Drotaverine tablets for spasmodic pain for 5 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
