Why Am I Experiencing Headache Accompanied By Crackling Sounds In Head?

I have a strange headache accompanied by crackling sounds in my head. Not so much pain as heaviness feeling in the top of my head - more like pressure. I was diagnosed with a venous angioma a few years ago but never followed up on it. Don't think it's life threatening anyway from what I googled. Any idea?
