Why Am Getting Fever While Pregnancy?

Hi,
I am 16 weeks pregnant. Since 10 days I am having temperature in regular interval.
I had all the possible tests. There was no abnormality except bacterial infection in blood. Since 10 days I am taking paracetamols and anti-biotics, but still I am getting fever.
Please suggest me something. And do you thunk that paracetamols and anti-biotics are harmful for the fetus?

Bacterial infection in blood is a grave thing/diagnosis and you need to undergo investigations and specific management for this in hospital.
Though paracetamol is safe in pregnancy many of the antibiotics except some are contraindicated in pregnancy and used only whenever benefits over weighs risk.
So, please provide details regarding your investigation reports for further suggestions.
