Why Am I Missing My Menses From Past 4 Months?

Hi i had my tubes tied 4 months ago. Csection with tubes tied. I am breast feeding. I haven t had a period yet but have had discharge several different times. Should I be concerned about being pregnant? Been experiencing feeling Nauseated, dizziness, mood swings, crying, highs and lows.

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. Hormone imbalance is observed for sometime after delivery, especially when you are lactating. There is no need to worry about conception since you underwent permanent sterilization. Your symptoms are likely to be due to altered hormone milieu. In the current scenario, I would ask you to go for a proper clinical assessment, get a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs, exclude local infections and plan further management. Please maintain a healthy diet, healthy weight and proper genital hygiene. Hope this helps.
