Why Am I Having Throat Infection Repeatedly?

Hi Doctor, I always get throat pain in the morning if the night was cold. This then causes a lot of dicomfort and infection for throat after a few days.
I have got this sickness 5 times in 4 weeks.After medication, it goes down. and then again comes back after some cold environment/fan usage etc.

Hello

there can be 2 reasons for this
First one, which is more likely is that you may be allergic to something and this is causing the discomfort and repeated infection .

second reason may be that you are not taking your medications/antibiotics properly and therefore the infection is not getting cured fully and keeps on recurring.

Please meet your ent doctor for confirming this and further guidance.

For the time being you can start gargling with warm salt water 2-3 times a day.
