Why Am I Having Headaches,sleeplessness And Lower Back Ache Ever Since I Came Off My Periods ?
Can not sleep and very restless, bad headaches and very painfull lower back ache hi i came off my period on the 24th of jan, for the last 3 days i have been getting really bad headaches and very painfull lower bach ache, im tiered all the but cannot sleep and very restless all the time what could this be?

Hello,
I think that your symptoms are not directly connected to your menstrual cycle.Painful lower back could be due to few other causes like disc prolapse etc.You should get a xray of the lower spine for that.This could be leading to headache too.Please see a doctor about getting the xray and start medicines for the headache.Migraine is also a possibility.
