Get a proper health check done with your physician. It may be due to low immunity. Use Multivitamins suppliments. It generally helps. Eat a good balanced diet.

Hi well come to Hcm.
Your symptoms are more in favour of allegy. May be exposure to dust, smokes, coametics,
smell etc. Some fruits like orage.pineple, mosambi, grapes etc are prone to give allergy
bicutes, bread, cereals all are common allergens observe your food habbits and if you can get any thing out of it avoid it.Some infections mainly parasites can also give
allergy. So to find out allergy is difficult task.Only self observation and few investigations
like allergy testig, stool urine, blood tec step by step can help you. So doctors help is
must better consult your doctor and go as per his advise as far as invetigations are
concerned. Thanks

General & Family Physician Dr. JItendra Sharma's  Response
Fever sore throat constantly. It looks like a state of immunodeficient. Check out on your habits.

Be careful, with your habits (not enough sleep, alcohol, smoking etc). Good eating habits, timely food (healthy food).

If this is constant still, sorry to say but you need to get yourself tested for HIV I and II.
