Why Am I Getting Blurred Vision In My Right Eye?

I have been getting blurred vision. It is mostly in my right eye, it s like a veil came to it and everything looks darker. Lately my eyes are very watery and for the last couple of days i have had a headache. Everything seems blurry even when i am wearing my contacts. Should i worry about this? Do i need to see a doctor? Please help!
