Why Am I Experiencing Pain In Uterus And Ovaries Area With Spotting?

Well it started last year in July 29th that s the last day I had my period and I started getting super bad cramps to where I was crying. We went to the doctor they did a pregnancy test and it was negative, they gave me birth control and told me to take the 5 white ones and have my period. I had my period on November 9th and than a week later started spotting for 3 days and a week after that I got a baby bump well that bump grew and grew and than went down. Now Until this day I still haven t had my period since November and where my Uterus is at and where my ovaries are is starting to hurt really bad. What should I do????

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Since you are not having your periods after finishing one pack of pills the pain in the lower abdomen could be due to a fluid retention. You need to get an ultrasound scan done to find out the cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
