Why I Am Having Milky White Vaginal Discharge With Smell After Urinating?

Hi howcome sometimes I finish peeing and then right after I feel there's some vaginal discharge that is coming out so I use some toilet paper to wipe. The discharge is a little wet milky, a small tint of yellow color and a slight smell.. What could this be? Do I need to worry?

Hi

See these can be signs of two problems.
Either you have a urethral infection or you have a vaginal infection.
I would advise you to see a gynecologist or a dermatologist to find out the exact cause of such a discharge which surely is not a normal thing.
You might need assessment in the form of a urine examination and other tests.
Features such as any associated pain while urination or itching in the groin will lead us to a diagnosis.
