White Skin Near The Opening Of Urethra. Runny Nose. Due To Swimming?

Dear Doctors, i am 29years old man , i have had not sex before life. Recently i have learned swimming in public swimming pool later few days may be 10 days after during my masturbation i observed a white skin in my opening urethras. then thing is not have any problem except runny nose and after two days the runny nose was gone. I am really anxious and help me doctors.

is it itchy?it may be earlier infection process ( bacterial/fungal/viral infection)
KOH mount of the skin scrapping is helpful in diagnosis
it may be balanitis also
so consult the dermatologist and get examined thoroughly
if needed your doctor will prescribe you antibiotics or antifungals
