Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

I had sex with a prostitute in Febuary 6 at 1:30 in the morning, i used a condom and didnt notice it ripped or anything, i got test in May 7 around 7 in the moring and i tested for hepres and hiv negative and three months later after possible infection i had balanitis and currently i have sore throat canyou please help me

Hi,

Noted your history well and understood the concerns.
Since the sex happened 3 months ago and you have developed sore throat and balanitis now means the cause can also be recent one.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Gargling with antiseptic.
Consult an ENT Surgeon for proper evaluation and get treated with a course of anti-inflammatory as per his advise.
A for balanoposthitis cleaning multiple time with plain water, application of povidone iodine should help.
If this does not help then consult your Doctor for proper clinical evaluation, examination, tests of blood for STD panel, diabetes and as would be advised to get a possible diagnosis and management .
