White Gel Like Discharge, Vagina Pain, Itching. Having PCOS. Suggestions?

I have irregular periods.. I have pcods in both my overies... N therefore I m gaining unnecessary weight... I hav heavy white discharge...which is like gel... But off late its in granular form...my vagina pains after I pee n starts itching... N later it burns like anything..n evn at night it starts itching.... I want to know wt is it.

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on health care magic.
You are suffering from severe vaginal infection with yeast.
You need to get a swab test done for diagnosis and a physical and per spec examination by a Gynecologist to confirm the diagnosis.
I also suggest you to get your blood tested for sugar levels.
Treatment is with local clindamycin pessary and oral fluconazole tablet.
