White Discoloration In Tip Of Penis, Spreading, Blister On Head, Pain During Sex. Using Cortizone. What Is It?

Hi In the past few months i have noticed discoloration in my husbands penis . It s at the tip and is white in color. It is starting to spread down. Yesterday he found a blister on the head aswell. He has pain when we have sex occasionally. He is too embarassed to go to the doctor but he has been using cortizone cream each day. He works in a hot enviroment doing constriction. Not sure about what this could be

Using cortisone as self treatment is more dangerous. Doctors are used to seeing such patients on a regular basis and there is no need to get emarassed.

It is better to get examined by a surgeon or urologist, do scan of the abdomen if necessary and take it from there.
