What Is The Remedy For Blood Blisters On The Foot Caused Due To Freezing A Wart ?

Should I pop my blood blister on my foor? It is been almost a week since I have had this blood blister. I got it from freezing a wart on my foot . I can not walk very well, and since my family is visiting Chicago for the spring break, I am wondering if I should pop my blood blister. The last time I popped my blood blister, the blister reformed causing a much wider blister. But now my blister has dried up on the sides. How many days will it take until I can finally walk again... without any pain? If I do pop it, will it take longer before it can heal?

Hi..dear

Thanks for choosing HCM..,

Freezing of wart by Lequid Nitrogen.....usually good procedure..,

It won't give problem from postfreezed...,

Due to manipulation and popping...U might .,

get infection...and produce Blister..,

So...

1) Use Cap.cephalexin 500 mg daily 2 times 5 days..,

2) Mupirocin cream on the affected part..,

3) Don't move effected part..,

ok...it will heal within 1 week.,good luck

dear

welcome to hcm.

please do not attempt to pop the blister by urself forcibly, since there is a danger of recurrence and reappearance by a wider picture as ur history tells.

Kindly use silicon "in-sole" available from Scholl/bata inside ur shoes.

Kindly review with a surgeon for a better clinical recommendation based on the exact site & nature of the blister.

thank You:-)
