White Discharge On The Penis. No Pain. Infection?
It's only been a few days ago when I noticed a milky looking discharge at the top of my penis it kind of looked like mucus, it also had an odor to it (a light stale smell to it) I squeezed my penis and more oozed out (not a lot though) this discharge happens throughout the day... The is no pain or burn... Can this occur without sexual exposure or a hard hit to the growing? Again there is no pain or burn, could this be an infection, I have no medical insurance... I'd there a way to treat something like this myself?

White discharge through penis is not normal. Very likely you are having infection may be sexually transmitted disease but not necessarily it may happen without sexual contact
To treat appropriately investigation of discharge like culture and antibiotic sensitivity should be done. Antibiotics can be started immediately and later on can be adjusted according to report.
All these things may not be possible without visiting Doctor so need to consult a Doctor. self medication can be inappropriate or may be harmful.
