welcome to HealthcareMagic
The few tips you can follow for getting pregnancy are:-
-have sex every alternate day from the 10th to the 21st day of start of every menstrual cycle if you have normal cycle as this is the most fertile period during every cycle.
-after sex keep in lying down position for 1 1/2 to 2 hours ;this will help to retain more sperms in vagina thereby increasing the chances of pregnancy.
All the best.
