hi, i got dns wen i was hit on my nose while playing basketball in school long way back in 2003 but i didn t go for the surgery as my mom was afraid frm my surgery. so i got it it operated(septorhinoplasty) in 2009 during my summer vacation of graduation but i don t after the surgery nothing improved nor frm inside (septum was same as it was b4 surgery and the outer shape of nose got worse ie it luked even more deviated pyramid deformity ). i m planning to go for pilot trainning so 4 it i need to get my nose corrected ent specialist (one of the ghaziabad s top ENT ) says u need 2 get septoplasty done b4 and then after 6 months rhinoplasty then u ll get ur dns corrcted .another doctor (delhi s top ENT SPECILIST ) says that revised septoRHINOPLASTY done .m confused as wat 2 do .plz Advise as this medical condition of mine can b corrected or not and if yes 4 wat procedure should i go 4 septoplasty followed by rhinoplaty after 6 months or septorhinoplasty at once ?
