Hi,

I can understand your concern for vitiligo in yourself. There can be multiple treatment options for you. In my patients depending upon the progress and extent of white spots:

1. oral psoralens which are to be take by mouth.

2. Topical psoralens to be applied locally.

3. Oral steroids which are to be take by mouth.

4. Topical steroids to be applied locally.

You need to meet a proper dermatologist for the exact therapy to be taken and can be maintained accordingly.

There are certain latest modalities also in guidance of proper dermatologist.

Take care
