Which Is The Baby's Correct Due Date?

Hi im having a problem woundering why my baby is due jan10,2011. and my ultrsound say's im only 8weeks and 6days. And the first day of my last period was april 5, 2010. which one is right? I think i should be about 10 weeks now.

It can be a delayed conception. 1st scan due date is taken as final due date. Follow up scan is necessary to know correct growth. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day.
