Whenever I Masturbate, I Becomes Constipated For Months

I'm a 20 years old man and Every time that I masterbate I become constipated for months at a time (usually 3-4 months). i'm suffering from that since 4 years ago and i had an internal piles ectomy since a year , It very weird, its like masterbating alters how my intestines and bowel functions. I went to see a specialist but he said that he had never heard of this before. Do you have any idea what is wrong with me, this is ruining my life!

Masturbation does not cause any this type of problem.
Constipation has no relation with masturbation.
Take more fiber containing food.
Take plenty of water.
