When Will Vaginal Bleeding Start After Taking Cytotec For Abortion?

i had an abortion 0n 18 0f february 2011 but when after that i visited my doctor he scanned and found that some blood is still left so he gave me cytotec tablets to be taken orally but then also i am not getting rid of that dirty bloody . when i will be getting that bleeding so that every thing is normal.

Understand your concern
According to your history you have retain product of pregnancy as some blood was still remaining inside the uterus.
Misoprostol should be taken under the observation of gynecologist.
Generally 400 ug should be given orally and if no bleeding extra dose can be given.
Normally Bleeding will start 35-45 minutes after using pill. But it may be delayed for 72 hour in some cases. And whole process will complete in 4-5 days.
You should again go for usg scan after 7 days if no sufficient bleeding.
If still some tissue will found in the uterus suggests misoprostol fails to remove incomplete abortion and it should be removed by minor surgical process like D & C.
Take rest, antibiotic, analgesic and healthy diet with iron supplements.
