Hi,
I suggest you take the first injection 2 hours before you fly. The next injection should be 24 hours later. Repeat for the return flight. During the flight keep well hydrated with plenty of water. Wear compression stockings. Perform foot rotation exercises every one hour throughout. Take regular walks up and down the aisle if possible.
Regards,
Dr K A Pottinger,
