When To Take Primolut N To Delay Periods?
Hi doctor... I m 23 years old and I m traveling on the 19th of this month and returning home on the 27th...last month my periods started on the 22nd...I don t want my periods while I travel...someone told me about primolut n but I m confused when to start my dose...could you help me please??

Hello dear,
Primolut contain norethesteron that help in delayed menstruation period.
You should take primolut N 5 mg two times a day, 7-8 days before regular menstrual bleeding date.
So if you have regular, take on 14th date.
or if you have irregular period start just earlier (on 11th or 12th)
So take it up to 27th so period will not occur in travel time.
When you discontinue the tablet , menstruation will come in next one to three days.
