based on the ultrasound alone, it sounds like your pelvic organs are normal, which is good news of course. however, there are many other factors that can effect your fertility. most importantly, the fact that your periods are irregular suggests that you probably don't ovulate regularly every month at a predictable time. this makes it very difficult to know when is the right time to have sex to get pregnant. it doesn't mean that you can't get pregnant, it just means that your ovulation is unpredictable. if you have been trying for a while to conceive and have been unsuccessful, you should speak with your doctor about ways to get you to ovulate regularly and more predictably. there are medications that can help, and most importantly, your doctor can help you treat the cause of the irregular periods. I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any more questions.
