When Doing Masturbation Get Erection. But When Had Sex With A Girl Have Problem. Did I Overdo Masturbation? Suggestions?

Hi, I am a 27 year old male. I began masturbating when i was 18 and for the past few days i do it daily maybe 4-5 times a day sometimes. Today I tried to have sex with a girl for the first time in my life. But whatever she tried i would not get a hard on. She tried oral, hands , even tried to insert into vagina, nothing worked. The thing is i have no problem in getting an erection while masturbation.
I never used any lubricants while masturbating and sometimes i would stop only when i penis gets sore.
I don't know what to do. I think my life is ruined . Please advice. Will i get normal again?

Masturbation is manual stimulation of genitals in order to achieve gratification. It is completely a healthy practice. It is done by most of individuals. It don't cause erectile dysfunction. You failed to get proper erection while having intercourse with a girl, most likely it was a psychological selective erectile dysfunction. It can happen in any individual. Try to concentrate in your sexual activity and engage more and more time in foreplay and your erection will improve. Try to talk with your partner about your problem. If condition dont improve then visit a Psychiatrist for expert opinion.
