Hallow Dear,

You can terminate your pregnancy safely and effectively up to 9 weeks of gestation by medicines. Tab. Mifepristone and Tab. Misoprostol jointly terminate the pregnancy quite effectively. However, these medicines are not 'over the counter' medicines and should be taken by an Obstetrician's advice, prescription and under instructions.

These medicines have very good rate of success in terminating pregnancy. However, as an exception, they fail in some cases, it is advised that the pregnancy should not be continued as they can form developmental abnormalities in the baby. In such cases. surgical evacuation may be the option of choice.

I hope this helps you.
