My 1 month old twins were born via scheduled c-section at 38 weeks 5 days pregnant. Twin a was born 5lbs 8oz and they suffered from Suboxone withdrawal. Morphine was used to quickly wean them down. His head ultrasound showed a "low risk" bleed of 3.3mm and the pediatrician said no worries. At 4 weeks old another ultrasound presented a 3.5mm choroid plexus cyst as well as an asymmetrical left brain ventricle. At the 5 week check up I was told to schedule with the pediatric neurologist. What are the risks of such results in my baby who is now 5 weeks and 3 days? I have been told time and time again not to worry, but I honestly just need to hear the facts.
