What's Causing Trouble Walking,dizziness,headache, Difficulty Thinking At Times And Incontinence?

I have trouble walking, lightheadness, headaches, difficulty thinking at times, neck pain. I have had some embarressing episodes of incontinence.

I am getting concerned that something is seriously wrong and not sure what is wrong. I have a history of meneirres disease however I do not think it is that especially with the urinary incontenece. I have had my urine checked for UTI and the test came back neg.

These symptoms may be due to either, a brain lesion, auto-immune disorder or, a variant of a seizure disorder.

Get an MRI brain + EEG done and thereafter, consult a Neurologist along with the test reports.
