Whats Causing My Chest Pain ?

I am 22 years old, I have been having sharp/dull/achy chest pains for 3 days. They come off and on, as quickly as they come they quickly go away. I went to the ER and they did a EKG and it came back fine. The doc said it might be bad heartburn but it doesnt feel like it!!! My ribs dont hurt, my breast dont feel tender so I have no idea what it could be. Any ideas ? (I am not on any medicnces to cause it either) Family history is clear,

It happens at this age, just avoid caffeine/stimulant, control your emotions, don't be stress out.Avoid any type of pills, common. Change life style if you think. Someone mentioned Xray Chest good advise.
