Hi Soumen,

Thank you for reaching out to HCM.

It would be difficult to get to the cause without a check up and with imaging. Common reasons for pain after getting an injury can be fractures, muscle strain, or migraines.

Many people find supportive therapy like drinking lots of water, sleeping well, and eating a balanced diet useful.

If these do not work, seeing a neurologist would be a good idea.

Please get back to me if you have any questions.
