What Would Cause Whistling Noise On The Right Ear ?

I am having a wisteling sound in my right ear from the last 2 years,,b'coz of the accident..There was a blood clot behind my ear drum and at that time i was having 5% hearing loss,but now itz 2%..
But sometimes i have a lot of pain on the right side,,

I have gone through your query regarding whistling sound in your right ear, you have developed it after an accidental injury to ear.

No doubt your problem is the sequlae of accidental injury to ear. Though about 2 years had passed to the accident so now there is need of thorough examination of ear by your ENTdoctor along with some basic investigations like-

1- C.T.Scan of ear (HRCT).

2- Pure tone audiometry.

3- Impedance audiometry.

4- Eustachian tube function test.

By the clinical co-relation of inferences of investigations and clinical findings one may make the diagnosis and that may be plan for treatment.
