What Would Cause Pain In Back Radiating Towards The Jaw & Also Vomiting?

4 days ago I was super dizzy then 2 days ago the dizzy went away and I got a new kind of headache. In the back radiating to my jaw. I had a fever and have had diarrhea since then. Only one day of vomiting so far but always the headache and diarrhea. Norovirus? Or something else?

Thank you for choosing HCM

I have gone through the query. It seems that you have a migraine due to the diarrhea and the fever. The trigger factor is causing the issue. It seems that you have an infection of the stomach which is causing the problem.

An infection of the stomach can be managed with the following:
Taking lots of yoghurt
Drink lots of water

If you are not better after 3 days, you need to see a Doctor so that he can give you antibiotics. All the best. Wish you a speedy recovery.
Hope this helps you
